Hent is a web-based training coaching application for amateur athletes, accessible at hent.app. These terms govern access to and use of the service.
Access to Hent requires authentication via Strava or Google. By signing in, you authorise Hent to access your Strava activity data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Hent reserves the right to suspend access in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.
Hent is a training aid for amateur athletes. Analyses and recommendations are generated automatically by an AI system (Anthropic Claude) from your activity data and perceived effort.
These recommendations do not constitute medical advice, do not replace a certified coach, and must not be followed in the event of pain, injury, or medical symptoms. You remain solely responsible for your training decisions.
Each analysis is labelled 'AI-generated analysis' in the interface in accordance with the AI Act (art. 50).
Using Hent involves connecting your Strava account. You may revoke this access at any time from your Strava settings. Revocation results in the deletion of your Strava-imported data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Hent is provided 'as is', without guarantee of continuous availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates. No compensation will be owed in the event of an interruption.
Hent disclaims all liability for injuries, medical incidents, or any damage resulting from following the service's generated recommendations. The service is intended for healthy amateur athletes. Consult a doctor before starting or intensifying a training programme.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data is erased.
These terms may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
